Sales Gallery (15465 ft²)

A flourishing metropolis that offers an upscale urban lifestyle immediately comes to mind. The architecture for One Park was inspired by both nature in its untouched beauty, such as the Tianzi Mountain, and nature as it has been cultivated by Man, such as the manicured gardens found around the world.

We channelled this architectural language into the space planning and interior design of the Sales Gallery. With clearly demarcated spaces, where each function is strictly confined to its own area, the Sales Gallery bears the rigorous spatial arrangement of a formal French garden. Elements of nature were introduced through the use of timber and stone, as well as through symbolic details, such as using fabric with a ‘rippling effect’ on a feature wall at the reception area, calling to mind the Mekong River nearby. An overall modern aesthetic puts the spotlight on locally-sourced accessories, such as artefacts by Khmer craftsmen and driftwood from fishing boats. A sense of grandeur is injected through the use of marble cladded columns and flooring in the spacious, high-ceilinged entrance foyer.
