The spirit of resilience is encapsulated in The Hillier’s designs. Reference is drawn from the streets of New York and London - street life as manifested in sidewalk cafes, graffiti, environmental graphics etc. 

The Hillier 'London' units were influenced by the works of Richard Rogers with his trademark of exposing a building's services, ducts and stairs. The elegance of structural simplicity is juxtaposed with eclectic items that reflect the Brits' taste for the quirky and offbeat.

The 'New York' units have a ruggedness element reminiscent of 1980s New York City, as seen in the raw finish timber and brick cladding. Nevertheless, it is tastefully furnished with classic furniture pieces and pop culture artwork for that contemporary look.
